How the Ultimate 100 Works

Daily aggregation – Every day we fetch Spotify's Top 100 and YouTube Music charts for every territory. A #1 track earns 100 pts, #2 → 99 pts … #100 → 1 pt.

Global rank – For the global list, we simply add up each song's points across all countries and platforms — no editorial tweaks, just math.

Multi-platform weighting – Each DSP is weighted differently when scores are combined. Currently: Spotify ×1.0, YouTube Music ×1.0. Your final score is the weighted total.

Metadata enrichment – Each song gets ISRC + cover art via Spotify's API. YouTube-only tracks without ISRCs are assigned unique hash IDs for consistency.

Daily updates – Charts are regenerated every 24 hours using the freshest data available.
